The registration process on the Intra Haryana portal is very easy and quick. All government employees are required to register with the Haryana Portal to enjoy the various services offered on the portal.

  • Go to the official internal Haryana web portal.
  • Select the new registration option from the home page.
  • You will be redirected to a new page, enter your employer type, payee code and payroll bank account number.

All employees have the option to submit their annual asset income from the official web portal of Haryana, the integrated financial management body. There you have to enter some details and complete the process.

  • Open the official internal Haryana website portal.
  • Click the New Registration option from the homepage and then fill in the other options:

  2. Recipient’s code
  3. Salary bank account
  • Please check all the details carefully and click on submit option.
  • You will be redirected to a new page, enter your mobile number or HRMS number and click the submit button.

  5. Download and print out

Process for filling leaves online using Intra Haryana official website

  • Visit the official Intra Haryana website portal.
  • The new user must first register themselves using the user ID and password for your account from the homepage login.
  • Select the Online Tracks and Tour module on the Account page and click My Leave from the menu bar.
  • Next click on Apply to Leaves if you need leaves. You will be redirected to a new page where you will be given an application leave form and fill out that form.
  • Now fill in all the mandatory information and then click on save option and the system will display all the pending leaves from the leave menu.
  • Select any of the options: pending leave, pending approval or leave status.
  • Select your preference and enter information about when you want to take leave. And other details other than taking leave if the status is specified in the leave option.
