The West Bengal School Education Department teachers use the online service on the iOSOS portal. The portal gives you an online employee profile and monthly salary request. In addition, the HRMS portal for WBSED is set up for services such as mutual exchange and teacher transfer. • Go to https://osms.wbsed.gov.in/
• Click the green Sign In button
• Select the user type
• Enter the username and password
• Enter the security code
• Submit the form
• Log in to the IOSMS portal

iOSMS Mutual Exchange

West Bengal School Education Department offers you online teacher transfer facility through iOSMS Mutual Exchange Option. To do this, you must follow these steps as mentioned –

iOSMS Mutual Exchange Process –

• Go to Osms.wbsed.gov.in
• Click Teacher Transfer
• Open the OSMS Authors login page
• Select your subsection
• Enter the author login details
• Enter the author ban card number
• Check the OTP
• Submit the form and sign in to the iOSMS Mutual Exchange Page
• Open the Mutual Exchange Management page
• Select I know my matching application desire.
• Enter the author’s personal code
• Click Continue
• Or select Start Mutual Exchange Proposal
• Enter the preferred district
• Select the subsection
• Click Continue
• Submit the form and the teacher transfer application will be completed.

You can do online editor transfer with West Bengal iOSMS Mutual Exchange option.
