  3. Click the Customer Care option from the top right corner of your screen.
  4. You will be redirected to a new page where you will get four options like SMS unhappy, complaint sending, complaint registration, customer request and complaint form.
  5. Now click on the Register Complaint option.

Procedure for reporting on SBI customer care

  • Click on the link below to open the customer complaint form directly.
  • Fill in all the details like Non SBI Customer, Prepaid Card Holders, Metro or Canteen Card Holders, Account Number, Complaint Name, Branch Code, Mobile Number and Complaint Details Existing SBI Customer.
  • Enter all the details correctly.
  • Next give a brief description of your complaint but not exceeding 500 characters.
  • Now enter the string given in the picture.
  • Click the Submit option or click the Reset option if you want to re-enter all the details.

Procedure for verifying the status of a complaint through the call method

State Bank of India does not have the option of SMS to check the status of your complaint. However, users can check the status of their complaint by calling the SBI toll free number 1800 11 2211 or 1800 425 3800 with their ticket number.

Process for filing an offline complaint with State Bank of India

  • Users can lodge complaints with State Bank of India for CMS through offline methods in the following practice.
  • Go to the nearest SBI branch or the branch where your account is located.
  • Contact the Customer Care Manager. The branch manager or general manager has the complaint book.
  • Record your complaint in it.
  • Next, you will receive an acknowledgment copy of your complaints.
  • Applicants will receive an SMS on the registered mobile number, which acts as an acknowledgment.
  • It will be resolved within three weeks after you register the complaint.
  • You have to explain it.

Account holders can send their complaint to the Regional Head Office Manager if the issue is not resolved at the branch office. They will solve your problem within 5 working days.
